Eisenstein Flaherty’s Co-Founder Patrick Flaherty Named a “2022 Future Leader” by the National Trade Magazine “Skilled Nursing News”
PLYMOUTH, MA. (August 18, 2021) – Eisenstein Flaherty (EF, LLC) is proud to announce that Aging Media Network, the publisher of the national trade magazine “Skilled Nursing News”, has selected our Co-Founder, Patrick Flaherty, as one of 2022’s “Future Leaders”. This select group of 40 “Under 40” rising stars across the care continuum includes only 9 Skilled Nursing professionals.
As noted in his nomination application, Patrick “embodies leadership across Skilled Nursing, Senior Living and Civic Engagement. He has already founded 2 leading senior living companies, purchased a skilled nursing facility, served in numerous volunteer roles, and was elected to the Plymouth, MA Select Board.”
After founding Guided Living Senior Home Care in 2014 to bring the highest level of home care to seniors and their families in the South Shore area, Patrick partnered with experienced licensed nursing home administrators Bob Eisenstein and Matt Muratore in 2018 to form Eisenstein Flaherty & Associates (now EF, LLC).
EF is recognized as a leading provider of skilled nursing, assisted living and senior living consulting services. Since its founding, EF has consulted for over 150 facilities in Massachusetts including as part of the MA DPH’s COVID-19 Rapid Response Team.
Last year, Patrick spearheaded the development of an innovative, cloud-based software application, EF Ally, that promotes quality and compliance in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). Today, EF Ally is being implemented in a number of regional SNFs with national expansion underway.
In November 2021, Patrick was part of the EF investor group that purchased and now operates The Terraces Orleans, a 52-bed SNF and Independent Living facility located on Cape Cod.
Patrick is pioneering innovations across Skilled Nursing and Senior Living and creating organizations that positively impact the lives of thousands of seniors across Massachusetts. He is a worthy recipient of this accolade, and the entire EF Team is grateful to work with Patrick.
Patrick will be interviewed for a future issue of “Skilled Nursing News” and will be recognized at Skilled Nursing News’ “RETHINK” Conference in Chicago on September 1st.
