We started out, and remain at heart, local operators who put “care” first.

Our Team has decades of experience as administrators, executive directors, directors of nursing, resident care directors and department heads serving in dozens of senior living facilities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  That means we’ve seen the good and the bad in our industry.

As our capabilities, resources and reputation have grown, and as we’ve watched outside investors come to town and operate buildings at odds with our ethos and the needs of the community, we decided we could do more by owning and operating our own portfolio of facilities.

So we identified a set of partners and investors who share our conviction that, if we start by focusing on caring for our residents and staff, sustainable financial success will follow.  We call this “Profit with a Purpose.”
